Reheating: Can be steamed for approx 90 minutes or microwaved on full power for 8-10 minutes or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

I still can’t believe it is Gluten Free! I am the only Coeliac in our family and nobody even noticed – in fact there were more compliments to the chef than usual. This Christmas Pudding is fruity and fun and not pasty, but actually has a lovely texture. The Cointreau one is our favourite, but will try the others too.
