For best results defrost thoroughly and remove outer packaging, but leave the foil casing on the quiche.
Place the quiche in its foil casing on a flat baking tray into a pre-heated oven.
180°C 160°C fan • 350°F • Gas mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes.
